* What are your hours of operation? Monday – Saturday: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Sunday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

All At Home locations are open every day of the year except Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Additionally, we have special operating hours during the winter holiday season.
* How do I find the nearest At Home location? You may locate the At Home store nearest you by using our Store Locator.
Forms of Payment
* What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal or business checks or purchase orders.
* Does At Home have a credit card? No, At Home does not offer a credit card. If you have questions regarding a previous credit card account, call toll-free (888) 621-3814; or if hearing impaired call toll-free (877) 520-5667.
* Does At Home offer tax exempt on purchases? In order to make a tax-exempt purchase, present your exemption documentation and valid government-issued ID to the cashier before completing your transaction.
* What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase only if unused, with original receipt and packaging. Returns of Christmas merchandise after Dec. 25 will be refunded at the current selling price.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses, adjustable sofas, futons, pre-cut fabric or items ticketed “all sales final.” We do not offer exchanges or price adjustments.

* Do you offer wholesale/large quantity discounts? At Home offers everyday low pricing, so we do not offer wholesale or discount prices.
* Can I sign up to receive email alerts about new arrivals and sales events? Yes! You can enter your email at the bottom of the At Home website on the Email Sign-Up module.

* How can I find out if a particular item is in stock? Unfortunately, due to our warehouse size and self-service model, we are unable to locate specific products. We encourage you to shop in-store to browse our vast assortment of amazing home décor items.
* Can I put an item on hold until I get to the store? Sorry, we are unable to hold items.
* Does At Home accept product requests or special orders? At Home does not accept product requests or special order items at this time.
* Does At Home offer online shopping? At Home does not offer online shopping at this time, but we hope you'll browse our website or come in and visit our stores.
